FDA Frequently Requested Records (3+ Requests) List and Copies – Jan 2023 to Jan 2025

Original Request: Dear FOIA Officer: This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552. I request copies of records that the Agency has determined have been requested three or more times, as specified in 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(2)(D)(ii)(II), for the period from january/2023 through january/2025. Specifically, I am requesting: A list or index of all records that have been requested three or more times during this two-year period. Copies of these frequently requested records. Any determination documents, memoranda, or other agency records that identify or classify these records as meeting the "requested 3 or more times" threshold under 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(2)(D)(ii)(II).
