FDA FSVP Entry Records for Shearer’s Entities (Oct 2023 – Feb 2025)

Original Request: Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the implementing regulations under 21 C.F.R. Part 20, I hereby request additional information regarding certain Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) entries filed between October 2, 2023 and February 10, 2025. Specifically, for all entries for which the word “Shearer’s” was used to identify the FSVP importer, including but not limited to “SHEARER'S FOODS BURLINGTON, LLC,” “SHEARER'S FOODS, LLC,” “SHEARER'S SNACKS,” “SHEARER’S FOODS INC,” “SHEARER'S FOODS WATERFORD,” and “SHEARERS FOODS PHOENIX, LLC.”
