We are writing to request copies of any records, compiled between November 1, 2024 and today, on file at the FDA regarding the investigation of this outbreak. While we cannot be certain, we believe the outbreak pertains to this listing on the FDA website: We specifically request: • summary reports of investigations done for this outbreak, including information regarding the suspected source; • all laboratory analyses conducted on samples collected and tested in the outbreak (phylogenetic trees, lab reports, and/or linelists); and • all traceback information regarding the sources associated with this outbreak.
