Original Request: All information regarding chloroquine injection especially that for: Toxicology studies: Acute and chronic toxicity data for injectable chloroquine, including local tolerance at the injection site and systemic effects. Any subcutaneous, dermal, mucosal or oral injection prioritized. Also any topical application as well. Pharmacokinetics: Absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) profiles, including comparisons to historical oral/IV chloroquine data.
